About us

Simplifika is a capital manager that has developed a comprehensive real estate management platform, focused on investment, co-investment and project management within the metropolitan areas of the main Spanish cities, primarily Madrid.

Simplifika converts undervalued assets into sustainable, flexible and optimized projects for rental exploitation, focusing on new trends in the Living and office sector.

Founded by Germán Gimeno and Ernesto Villanueva in 2020, Lee Mays joined as a partner in 2021.

Our team is made up of professional managers with extensive experience in real estate development, private equity funds, listed vehicles, and residential and hotel operators.

What do we do

Simplifika offers private equity investors the opportunity to invest in unique, sustainable, flexible and optimized assets. We source off market value add opportunities, structure the capital stack, source the equity and debt, and execute the purchase. Simplifika acts as developer and oversees the day-to-day management of all aspects of the development, business and asset operations.

We ensure that the asset is managed diligently, efficiently and professionally, with the aim of maximizing income and capital growth, while minimizing associated risks.

With the help of disruptive technology, we identify urban gaps and other competitive advantages to identify assets that combine the criteria of real estate liquidity, ESG, and circular economy.
