He has been CEO of Urban Vida Stays, operator of buildings for alternative rentals (corporate housing, co living, and serviced apartments). More than 15 years as a founding partner and manager of a real estate developer. Graduate in Economics and Business Administration, Executive MBA (ie / Instituto de Empresa) PADE (iese) and Wealth Management Program (ie).
LEE MAYS
He brings to Simplifika his track record as project manager, fund manager and country head for institutions with direct responsibility for value add residential and commercial development projects comprising more than 650,000 m2. During his time in banking, he has originated, closed and managed mortgage loans of more than €1.5 billion in Spain. Graduated with B.A. from the University of Denver and an MBA from the Cox School of Business - SMU.
JAIME VILLANUEVA
In his extensive experience of more than 15 years in the development of all kinds of projects, he has been COO of CheckFirst, the first Spanish home inspection startup, technical consultant for the principal financial entities and appraiser-certifier for the Valuation Institute.
Architect by the ETSAM and specialist in energy efficiency by the IDAE.
MANUEL CASTILLO
Partner architect & CEO of Tash & Partners and partner of the Castillo Balduz development group. Previously founding partner of Ingennus Urban Consulting. More than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector.
CECILIA ESPINOSA
Cecilia has successfully completed more than 500 projects in CEM Management. She is a member of the Círculo Inmobiliario (6 years on the board of directors), of the COAATM Board of Directors and isTreasurer of LAI MADRID. Member of RICS and ULI Spain and founder of WIRES where she holds the position of Honorary President.
CHEMA GONZÁLEZ
Entrepreneur, business angel and CEO & founder of Alterhome, as well as president of Asotur, the Madrid vacation rental association. In 2011 he founded Alterkeys, a vacation rental platform later sold to a third party.
ALFREDO LLORENTE
More than fifteen years in GIS projects both in the business field and from the freelance world both in national and international environments. Degree in Geography from the University of Cantabria and PhD from the Complutense University.
ROCÍO ÁVILA
More than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Experience as Finance Director at the Persépolis Socimi and as head of the legal and investor relations department at a major VTC manager. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Almería.
ALBERTO LOSA
Graduated in business administration and management from the UAM, currently forming part of the asset analysis & investment team. Previously, he has worked in investment funds specialized in Retail and Residential such as Eurofund Group and Macc Residencial (Ceberus Capital Management).
